New site look

After launching the new version of the property management software we felt the actual site pages looked rather dated and unfashionable in comparison, so we've spent the last few weeks trying to sort them out. So here they are!

We're not the most fashionable bunch (are any landlords?) but hopefully the pages look a little cleaner and sharper and maybe a little quieter. I think it's our age but everything is so noisy these days.

Most importantly what do you think?

Let us have your feedback by leaving a comment in our comments box below (yes we've finally got a comments box!) and let us know if there are any glitches or links not working that we've overlooked.

We hope you like it.

As you've seen over the past five years we will keep on evolving to try to meet the needs of landlords. We now have over 100,000 landlords that have subscribed for our free landlord forms.  More and more landlords are seeing the benefits of managing their property portfolio online with our constantly evolving free Property Manager 3.0.

Over 50,000 different landlords visit our website each month in search of advice, comment and to manage their expanding residential investment portfolios.

The free landlord forms, the 200 page free landlords book the landlords bible, our discounted landlord insurance rates, unbiased comment on the buy-to-let industry and our free whole market BTL search.

We continue to hold onto the basic principles that we founded the site with six years ago -

  • A commitment to giving unbiased views.  No buy-to-let baloney here about property investment being the best thing since sliced bread.  Just straight forward advice.
  • Free forever –  we are committed to giving our users a service that is free of subscription charges.
  • Strength in numbers, landlords should stick together.

Great new layout/style.
For me, this page looks cool and fashionable. The simplicity of it made this page easy to the eyes and it gives a fast loading effect as well. Kudos for this new design or layout.
